Dot gained her HR experience in various roles in the non-profit sector and is an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD). She provides human resource operational support and advice to managers and staff in the UK and internationally to ensure legal compliance and best practice. Dot has a strong interest in employee wellbeing and developing the Clean Air Fund’s internal approach to Equity, Diversity and Inclusion. Dot is also one of CAF’s mental health first aiders.
