Penny is the Clean Air Fund’s Private Sector Engagement Lead and is responsible for Clean Air Fund’s partnerships strategy and working with partners to create a corporate alliance for action on clean air.
Penny has worked in high-value fundraising in national charities for 15 years and has a particular interest and experience in building strategic partnerships. She began working as a freelance fundraising consultant in 2019 to help charities improve their high-value fundraising, with a particular focus on strategy development. Before becoming a consultant, Penny held Associate Director of Development and Executive Director of Development roles at the Science Museum Group, with responsibility for philanthropy, corporate, trusts and individual giving teams across 5 museum sites. Before that, she led and transformed corporate new business teams at Wateraid and Cancer Research UK, delivering new partnerships with major brands. Penny began her career in business development roles in the private sector in Paris and London, where she led sales teams at the global language and technology services company, Transperfect.
