Recording available after the event. - 24 June, 2:00pm: The Invisible Risk: Why Air Pollution Is The Next Corporate Accountability Challenge

This webinar will launch the next phase of ShareAction’s investor led Clean Air Initiative which aims to drive ambitious corporate action on air pollution. It will bring together diverse voices to discuss how companies can unlock the health co-benefits of tackling air pollution whilst simultaneously acting on climate; review current corporate performance; and put forward the health and economic case for ambitious corporate action on air pollution, with examples from leading companies. This high-level public event will bring together leading climate finance experts, city officials, and institutions driving support for methane mitigation in the waste sector. This convening – co-hosted by the Clean Air Fund, CCAC, C40 Cities, Climate Policy Initiative (CPI) and Global Methane Hub (GMH) – will dive into the practical and systemic challenges to financing methane reduction solutions in municipal solid waste systems. - 25 June, 10:05am: Cities Climate Action Summit – Combining policy, technology and community for cleaner urban air

Improving air quality is one of the most immediate and tangible ways cities can protect public health, advance environmental justice, and build urban resilience in the face of climate change. This panel explores how local governments can integrate air quality strategies into broader urban agendas by combining technology, data, policy innovation, and community engagement. This event will highlight progress on the Africa Clean Air Programme (ACAP) and showcase regional leadership, the UK’s support, and global collaboration to reduce super pollutants. This CCAC and Clean Air Fund panel discussion will highlight the impact of super pollutants on air pollution and health. It will carry forward key themes from the WHO 2nd Global Conference on Air Pollution and Health, including the clear case for integrated action on climate and air quality, how air pollution negatively impacts health and wellbeing, the need for cooperation at all levels of government and the proven solutions that already exist. - 25 June, 3:00pm: Sky’s the Limit: Unlocking Finance for Climate and Clean Air
