  • Monday 22nd September, 08:00-10:00: Super Pollutants Communications Mixer
    Location: 17 State Street, 25th Floor, Unit 2500. NY 10004 / Online

    Opportunity for the super pollutant communications and advocacy community to connect with one another, hear tips, wins, and challenges on super pollutant messaging, and spark ideas for bringing more people into the conversation. Register to join online – link coming soon.
  • Monday 22nd September, 15:00-17:00: Clean Air Leadership roundtable
    Location: Accenture’s Manhattan West Office, 395 9th Ave, New York
    This World Economic Forum event seeks to spark a dialogue with business leaders, interested companies and select experts on improving air quality. Participants will share insights on how to harness the power of business action, best practices and discuss the roadblocks and opportunities to inspire companies to take action.
  • Monday 22nd September, 20:00-22:00: Super Pollutant Nightcap
    Location: Avenida Rooftop, 1 Pennsylvania Place
    A reception convening the super pollutant community, hosted by Super Pollutant Action Alliance, Global Methane Hub, Clean Cooling Collaborative, Clean Air Fund and Climate and Clean Air Coalition.
  • Tuesday 23rd September, 08:00-09:30: Together for Transparency: Air Quality in Supplier Networks breakfast
    Location: Solutions House, Lavan Midtown 641 W 42nd St, New York, NY 10036
    Bringing together corporate leaders and supplier organisations to discuss how incorporating air quality into decarbonisation strategies can support better supply chain emissions reporting and data collection. 
  • Wednesday 24th September, 09:00-19:00: Private-Sector Collaboration for Zero-Emission Trucks
    Location: 12 W 39th Street, New York
    Private-sector innovation has driven major breakthroughs – from the commercial internet to vaccine deployment – and now it’s time to lead on heavy-duty truck electrification. With proven technology, rising demand, and global momentum, aligning across the freight value chain is key to accelerating adoption and financing. This session, hosted by Smart Freight Centre with Amazon, Ceres, and CALSTART, will unite stakeholders to strengthen the business case, share field insights, and explore strategies for scaling impact.
  • Wednesday 24th September, 17:15-19:45: Lung health matters – accelerating progress towards UN NCD targets
    Location: UN Church Centre
    This high-level event provides a platform for a call to action for Member States to enhance the prevention, response and prioritisation of chronic respiratory diseases (CRDs) and its integration with primary and secondary care in health and development agendas and with environmental policy agendas. This will lead to a significant reduction in premature mortality from non-communicable diseases (NCDs) and mental health conditions (SDG Target 3.4) and support the acceleration of broader universal health coverage goals. The event is organised by European Respiratory Society and the European Lung Foundation with the support of WHO and the UN Interagency Task Force on Non-Communicable Diseases.
  • Thursday 25th September, 14:30: Launch of CCAC’s Gender Equality and Women’s Empowerment Initiative

    Launch of a flagship report offering tools to support the integration of gender-responsive approaches into policies and programmes aimed at reducing super pollutants. Hosted by CCAC and Oxfam America.
  • Friday 26th September, time TBC: Connecting the Dots: Air Quality, Non-Communicable Diseases, and Sustainable Development
    Location: EU Delegation

    Important commitments to reduce exposure to both indoor and outdoor air pollution are anticipated in the forthcoming political declaration of the fourth high-level meeting of the UN General Assembly on the prevention and control of NCDs and the promotion of mental health and wellbeing. To advance these efforts, this panel side event will highlight country experiences, foster high-level dialogue, and explore opportunities for coordinated action on air quality, health, and sustainable development. Hosted by UNDP, UNEP, WHO and UN Inter-Agency Task Force on NCDs.
