Before joining Clean Air Fund, Alex spent five years working for an educational charity, where she built experience across a range of roles, from delivering interventions to young people facing disadvantage to providing facilities and health and safety support, and leading the set up of new learning centres around the country.
Alex holds a Master’s degree in chemistry from the University of York. Outside of work, she’s a keen runner who likes to spend as much time as possible in nature.
Why Alex works for Clean Air Fund:
I am increasingly concerned about the disproportionate effect that climate change and air pollution have on the mental and physical health of vulnerable communities. I consider it a privilege to be in a role where I can support and enable effective solutions to these issues.
