Nour Kobayter

Strategy Manager
Nour supports the design and delivery of Clean Air Fund’s global strategy, working with senior leadership to shape organisational and portfolio priorities.

Prior to joining CAF, Nour was part of the Strategy Unit at Nesta, a research and innovation foundation. At Nesta, she helped implement Nesta’s updated Strategy to 2030 across all three of the organisation’s missions: A Healthy Life, A Fairer Start and A Sustainable Future. She also worked with senior leaders to help refine and update Nesta’s annual strategy review process and advised on Nesta’s approach to scaling innovative social impact interventions across the UK.

Prior to Nesta, Nour worked in strategy and planning at the International Rescue Committee (IRC), where she was responsible for driving strategic projects across the External Relations department, comprised of private fundraising, marketing, policy and advocacy, and communications. Her work ranged from supporting multi-year strategic planning to leading specialised projects such as delivering large-scale change management across the programmes and fundraising departments. Before joining the IRC, Nour worked in strategic communications.

Nour holds an MSc in International Relations from the London School of Economics, and a BA in History and Politics from Queen Mary, University of London.

Outside work, Nour enjoys cooking and baking, strength training, and ceramics.

Why Nour works for Clean Air Fund

Air pollution and climate change have serious health and social consequences, especially for vulnerable communities. At Clean Air Fund, I feel privileged to help translate concern into solutions that make a lasting, meaningful impact worldwide.
