Rachel started her career on the front line as a Prisoner Officer at HMP Wormwood Scrubs as part of Unlocked Graduates, and transitioned to start-up operations and sustainability in Legaltech. Her experience revolves around process efficiency and scaling, project and stakeholder management and ESG.
She has a BA Joint Hons from Durham University in Philosophy and Psychology and a PGCert in Climate Change from Birkbeck.
