The grant addresses air quality, climate, and economic challenges by promoting clean air technologies for the heating and transport sectors, piloting the "Cleantech for Europe" in Poland.

Lungs Europe will equip incoming MEPs with a solid understanding of the negative health outcomes attributed to air pollution, and encourage good environmental health policies during their five-year mandates.

ECAC, in collaboration with Mazovia regional authorities, piloted a robust air quality policy and intervention assessment model in Mazovia. Deployment of the tool allows better targetting of policies, but also provided inputs to development of a unified national AQ monitor tool.
