Breathe Bangkok is currently accepting proposals for a supplier to support the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration (BMA) in advancing the planning, design and phased implementation of Clean Air Zone (CAZ) measures as part of the city’s broader clean air agenda. The project will promote multi-stakeholder coordination, ensure legal alignment with BMA’s existing and potentially expanded regulatory authority, and prioritise public engagement and equity.

Request for proposals: Support for a low-cost sensor monitoring system in Mexico City
We are seeking technical support to complement Mexico City’s air quality regulatory monitoring system by preparing a plan, procuring and deploying 10 to 15 low-cost sensors to measure key air pollutants. This network will represent the first effort from the CDMX government to introduce low-cost sensors in the regulatory monitoring network to have access to hyperlocal data.

Request for proposals: Exploring alternatives and pathways to Clean Air Zones in Asian cities
We are seeking specialist expertise on the design and implementation of Clean Air Zones in Asian cities. The consultant/firm/consortium will have demonstrable experience working on urban transport measures in Asia, as well as conducting in-depth, primary and secondary research, and have strong experience of developing learning products. Ideally, they would also have a strong technical understanding of the relation between air quality and climate and health impact.

Request for proposals: Video stories showcasing benefits of clean air action for urban communities
Breathe Cities is seeking proposals from a consultant or consortium to build a visual video showcase of Breathe Cities-supported projects focusing on the residents, workers, volunteers and any other ‘humans’ that are directly involved, delivering, benefitting from and championing Breathe efforts in our cities. The video series will carry, complement and ground key messages being shared by Breathe Cities projects and broader air quality communications and campaigns initiatives.

We are seeking specialist expertise to lead a learning and synthesis exercise to evidence how our focus on equity influences the organisation’s ability to achieve its strategic results. The chosen consultant/firm will have demonstrated experience working with INGOs to generate and synthesise evidence and learning to feed into concrete, robust and actionable insights for organisational strategy development, insights for Portfolio programmes and investments and knowledge dissemination.
