As the Clean Air Fund starts to deepen its work in four cities in Uttar Pradesh (UP) we seek to assess the readiness of Agra, Lucknow, Ghaziabad and Kanpur cities to take action on air pollution. The assessment will follow the methodology piloted by CAF which includes both desk-based research and interviews with relevant stakeholders.
In order to conduct the assessment, CAF is looking to hire a consultant who can conduct the assessment and develop concise reports for the four cities.
